Ideas phase almost complete

More recently I have been in the shed re-inventing live electronic music as ‘Future Boy’ on the Deepmind, microKorg and XW-P1. As usual my musical migration techniques lead the a writing phase (sept-nov) and a recording phase (dec-april) then mastering (april/may). Anyway some may be left shocked and stunned at the jam sessions in different ways. There are a whole bunch of them right here https://soundcloud.com/electrocutedwilmatunes to try out. They are to work out themes, patches, switching and other adjustments before hitting rec on the rigid finalized master sequences and sounds. Using classical sync techniques (nothing but pre sequenced tempo, no midi, no clocks nothing) the retro vibe comes through (Tangerine Dream, Vangellis, Jean Michael Jarre) etc. I’ve had a love for Analog sound synthesis since my first real instrument in the mid 90’s but never really explored the electronic genre of music fully. I saw music back then as having to merge Rock and electronica like NIN or Ozric Tentacles as the way to go. My dreams of the industry and artist direction (not of myself) didn’t really come true like if you were to go sleep hoping to dream something, but the dream you actually dreamt had evolved into something else, somewhat more sinnester and unrelated. Developments in technology have opened the possibilies for me and others to leave footsteps for others capturing just one moment in time as we all ride unknowingly into the futures of our own subconcious creation and manifestations of our own lives, whilst being captured and mapped and to combine with new technology, to eventually become the future.

Here is the ideas jam of the last track ‘Three Seas’ on the upcoming ‘Future Boy’ album.
